How much money can I expect to spend on soil for raised garden beds?
I would like to build 3-4 beds which will probably be about 8×4 and 12 inches deep. I’m not sure where to buy this much soil (in NJ) or about how much it will cost. I’m looking to do this soon as the last frost has finally passed.

How do I make a raised garden bed on a concrete slab?
I need to make a raised bed on a concrete slab, but since it’s an apartment complex, I can used a hay bed as the decomposing hay and trapped moisture will stain the slab. Essentially it has to be an open bottom, but how would I support it? Any ideas?
