Harvesting Pepper Seeds – Survivalist Stockpile – Raised bed vegetable garden

I figure it’d be good for me to learn how to harvest seeds for future vegetable crops. Just in case seeds arent available and also to save money.
Next years garden will be mostly 2nd generation seeds and it’ll be interesting to see if they produce like the original store bought seeds.

2 weeks into the growing season and things are looking pretty decent.
I show my containers (new for 2010) as well as the 3 raised beds.
I have a mystery plant (I think it’s a strawberry plant, but I’m not positive) growing in one of my boxes.
